  The quality of the repair was unacceptable (third time now Sleepmaker, never again) coupled with the hassle and attitude to get a ridiculously expensive, below par quality bed repaired yet again has influenced a high paying customer to never return and never recommend this business.

  Family owned and family run. So nice to see the same smiling faces each time you call in. Free delivery was a great bonus, and the team set everything up for us. A great range, and very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend. We have bought numerous times from Martin Burns Bedroom Furnishings and will continue to do so.

  They did pick up the faulty mattress (Sleepmaker) and offer a loan (declined) by their friendly delivery staff, but the phone call conversations to get it fixed with Martin were just head shaking and frustrating.

  Three years later when several faults arose, I walked in to be greeted by pure attitude sitting around the desks at the back without even an inkling of getting up to greet me. The same daughter came out after a while and did seem genuinely concerned with my issues, so parents, take note of proper customer service from your offspring.

  Friendly people (mostly), until it comes to warranty. Whilst buying a $4300 bed, Martin was unnaturally friendly (saying some very strange things in his sales tactics), his wife didn't even pretend to be friendly, his daughter seemed genuinely friendly. The delivery guys were spot on for customer service, no problems there.
