    Terrible service. You are but a billing service, a number. They misdiagnosed an inner ear infection for the common cold on an 11 year old girl just to get my signature on a bulk billing slip. Shame shame shame.

    From poorly trained reception staff giving bad advice to misdiagnosis from doctors. I feel this facility is more about making money for the company than providing quality medical treatment to its customers.

    Its a pleasure to be finally greeted by an empathetic, professional team and not just have my concerns dismissed as with alternative local surgeries I have experienced.

    I have been going to Brecken Health for years and moved with them to the new modern building. I have used several of the available facilities over the years and always found all staff to be friendly, compassionate and helpful over and above expectations. I have recommended many people to try them, and all are satisfied with the treatment received.
