  I was chasing the Scandi 3 piece lounge set for approx. 3 months, with the help of an outstanding member of staff, Sarah. She went above and beyond her position to help me by checking on stock, orders and customs clearances to let me know when the items would arrive in store.

  Front counter customer service was absolutely appalling from an older staff member. Unfortunately I have experienced her rudeness, and I've heard from others that they have been made to feel unwelcome in the store as well. There are some lovely staff working there though, just a shame that one person can ruin it for many people.

  After 3 months of delays (not anyone's fault, just life), and calling each week for updates (of which I spoke to Sarah about 4-5 times), Sarah asked her manager and told him I had been waiting for months and was super keen to buy this suite. They ended up selling me floor stock at a discounted price, however only after Sarah personally moved everything away from the lounge suites and helped me to check each and every leg of all furniture pieces, arranged time for collection, processed it quickly and efficiently through the till and everything was sorted.

  i really was most impressed with the customer service with a smile that this young lady provided me with, on may occasions. Nothing was too much trouble and she really did go above and beyond her role. I cannot thank you enough. It is not often you get that kind of service and I think it is worthy of recognition.

  I came into the store today and although I like the Products a staff member by the name of Cassie was absolutely rude to me and another customer. The vibe was cold, tense and uncomfortable because of this staff member.
